We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Yes — it’s completely free, with no additional fees. All taxes and customs duties are included.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 6–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Important Notes

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding custom items).
  • Custom items require an additional 3–5 business days for production.
  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays (high demand, traffic, weather conditions).
  • Remote locations may experience longer delivery times. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost packages, or delays once the order has left our facility.
  • Express shipping is not currently available.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most countries worldwide.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • French Polynesia
  • Russia
  • China

Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Custom items require 3–5 additional business days
  • Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location

You will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your order. You’ll also be notified when your order is shipped and delivered.

  • Shipping address

Order Status

You can track your order using your order number and email.

Order status updates:

  • Order Placed → Processing → Ready → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after confirmation.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed:

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, contact us and we will assist you.

If your order is marked as “Delivered”:

  • Check your delivery location
  • Ask neighbors or building management
  • Wait up to 3 business days for updates

If you still haven’t received it, contact us within 7 business days.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of received items
  • Shipping label

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty

Lifetime Color Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our men’s jewelry.

If you experience significant discoloration in gold or silver tones, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you will receive a replacement item or store credit.

Coverage includes:

  • Major discoloration issues

Does not include:

  • Lost items
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Normal wear (scratches, minor damage)
  • Damage from misuse or improper storage
  • Free promotional items

90-Day Defect Warranty

If your item arrives defective or breaks due to a manufacturing issue, you have 90 days from delivery to file a claim.

Once approved, you will receive:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper care
  • Free promotional items
