Measure your wrist circumference and add 0.4–0.8 IN (1–2 cm) for a comfortable fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Our most popular size is M — 7.9 IN (20 cm), designed to fit the average men's wrist.

Important Note for Thicker Bracelets

Some Valiery bracelets — especially thicker braided or bold designs — have a tighter inner diameter. For these models, we recommend adding an extra +0.4 IN (1 cm) to your usual size for the best comfort.

How to Measure

Find your size in 3 easy steps:

  1. Grab a String:
    Use a piece of string, paper strip, or any non-stretchable material.
  2. Wrap Your Wrist:
    Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Keep it snug, not tight.
  3. Measure the Length:
    Lay it flat and measure with a ruler.

Fit Preference

  • Snug Fit (+0.4 IN / 1 cm):
    Close to the skin with minimal movement.
  • Comfort Fit (+0.6 IN / 1.5 cm):
    Balanced and natural fit.
  • Relaxed Fit (+0.8 – 1 IN / 2 – 2.5 cm):
    Loose and casual feel.

  • Measure in the Evening:
    Your wrist may expand during the day.
  • Between Sizes?
    Choose the larger size.
  • Average Wrist Size:
    6.7 – 7.5 IN (17 – 19 cm). Size M fits most men.

  • Custom items require an additional 3–5 business days for production.
  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays (high demand, traffic, weather conditions).
  • Remote locations may experience longer delivery times. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost packages, or delays once the order has left our facility.
  • Express shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • Custom items require 3–5 additional business days
  • Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location

You will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your order. You’ll also be notified when your order is shipped and delivered.

Order Status

You can track your order using your order number and email.

Order status updates:

Delayed or Lost Orders

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days and include:

  • Photos of received items

Warranty

Lifetime Color Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our men’s jewelry.

If you experience significant discoloration in gold or silver tones, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you will receive a replacement item or store credit.

Coverage includes:

  • Major discoloration issues

Does not include:

  • Lost items
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Normal wear (scratches, minor damage)
  • Damage from misuse or improper storage
  • Free promotional items

90-Day Defect Warranty

If your item arrives defective or breaks due to a manufacturing issue, you have 90 days from delivery to file a claim.

Once approved, you will receive:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper care
  • Free promotional items

Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, email contact@valieryjewelry.com with:

  • Current shipping address
  • Order number
  • Item affected
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence
  • (Optional) video if needed

RETURN POLICY

If the product unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@valiery.com or through our contact us page. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order, please fill out our Return & Exchange form. Our team will promptly review your request and you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you promptly after.

If you prefer to receive the new product more quickly, place a new order for the desired item. Follow the standard return process for the current item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
